- Experience leading internal and external teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
- Fluency in English; German is advantageous
Aufgaben
- Lead the global IS finance application landscape
- Govern the finance IT roadmap
- Align priorities across SAP and non-SAP solutions
- Act as primary IS counterpart for stakeholders
- Sponsor the SAP S/4HANA FI/CO migration project
- Own end-to-end accountability for FI/CO workstreams
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Structure tasks and priorities for the team
- Oversee solution design and architecture decisions
- Resolve cross-functional issues and escalations
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Ensure stable and compliant system operations
- Oversee application lifecycle and enhancement activities
- Manage global finance IT project initiatives
- Maintain strategic vendor and consultant relationships
- Manage IS finance budgets and forecasts
- Oversee contract management and commercial governance
- Lead and support internal and external teams
- Manage onboarding and recruitment activities
