Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- More than 10 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting function of a global company in combination with a team lead role
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Standards (USGAAP / Swiss GAAP FER) and General Accounting
- Good SAP R3, S4 Hana, Teams, Outlook and Microsoft Excel / Power Point know-how
- Experience in software implementation projects
- Full commitment to deadlines
- Strong team player with collaboration and business partnering skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills with drive to optimize existing structures & processes
- Ability to navigate complex financial topics and translate results into recommendations for senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German & English
Aufgaben
- Supervise a team of 9 accountants
- Ensure personal skill development and conduct regular performance reviews
- Prepare statutory financial statements for timely regulatory filings
- Ensure transparency in financial reporting
- Coordinate and review internal controls for all accounting areas
- Complete monthly accounting activities for three Swiss entities
- Coordinate ad hoc work assignments
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Provide accounting guidance for Switzerland
- Contribute to the Global R2R lead
- Lead the accounting workstream during the S4 Hana implementation project
- Drive change management and implement best practices
- Communicate and collaborate with auditors, management, and finance teams
- Drive implementation of best practices and optimize relevant processes
