- Advanced knowledge of HR data governance, user access management, IT controls (ITGC), and audit compliance requirements
- Experience in managing complex HR projects such as M&A integrations, system modernization, and payroll implementations
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience in HR technology
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage the entire application lifecycle for HR Information Systems
- Ensure local HR systems operate reliably and meet user needs
- Maintain systems to support HR business processes effectively
- Ensure application security and compliance with regulations
- Lead and develop a small HRIS team, providing coaching and guidance
- Oversee SAP HCM configuration and personnel administration
- Manage data exchange with Workday and local ERP systems
- Ensure user access security and compliance with IT controls
- Manage HR reporting and analytics projects
- Lead HR technology projects, including payroll implementations
