Aufgaben
- Manage electronic invoicing within SAP S/4HANA
- Implement the global service e-invoicing strategy
- Lead rollouts of country-specific invoicing solutions
- Design processes and conduct user acceptance testing
- Maintain e-invoicing documentation and training materials
- Direct cross-functional ERP and operations projects
- Collaborate with finance and process owners globally
- Represent invoicing and access topics in the Flash Team
- Standardize the Service ERP user access approach
- Oversee audit-compliant test management frameworks
- Manage test coordination and access specialists
- Monitor process KPIs to identify improvements
- Develop business cases and evaluate cost-saving opportunities
- Authorize change requests within the assigned scope
- Train end users and key stakeholders
