Aufgaben
- Coordinate application strategy for ATURB v4 and other sales and service apps
- Collaborate with global process owners to identify process improvement opportunities
- Analyze and optimize sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and Global Service Network
- Consult with global process owners during implementation of process optimizations in IS apps
- Propose and support business process improvement initiatives
- Engage with global process owners to explore automation and optimization possibilities
- Represent ATURB v4 in IS projects as application owner and process engineer
- Evaluate new apps and functionalities in the CRM based on MS Power Platform technology
- Manage and participate in Accelleron process improvement projects
- Ensure adherence to Accelleron IT standards during process improvement projects
- Act as the main contact for sales, service, and marketing regarding ATURB v4
- Support application implementation and changes from the business perspective
- Build and extend knowledge of business processes and application landscape
- Supervise external support providers in incident management and testing coordination
- Ensure high master data quality in collaboration with relevant managers
- Lead temporary work teams, guiding task completion and sharing expertise
- Represent Accelleron IT in IS projects for assigned sales, service, and master data
