- Contribute to Client Success & Operations' proactive growth
- Develop the 'One Way of Working' blueprint
- Implement the 'One Way of Working' blueprint
- Own the 'One Way of Working' blueprint
- Apply blueprint to global Retail Media & Partner Marketing operations
- Lead a specialized team of International Operations Managers
- Guide managers as Process Architects
- Drive standardization and operational excellence
- Facilitate post-sales operations for countries and hub
- Govern post-sales operations for countries and hub
- Define operational standards, KPIs, and workflows
- Identify friction points in the post-sales journey (booking to billing)
- Deploy solutions to reduce manual effort
- Increase speed-to-market
- Align country requirements into a unified framework
- Serve as a diplomat and enforcer
- Collaborate with Salesforce Leads and Data Managers
- Ensure ADvendio infrastructure and dashboards support strategy
