- Experience within Retail Media, AdTech, or Digital Marketing fields
- Strategic mindset for local team enablement

- Deep commercial acumen
- Understanding of Pre-Sales and Post-Sales functions interconnection
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and design capture processes
- High comfort level with performance data
- Experience in dashboard development
- Experience in standardized reporting toolset creation
- Proven matrix leadership ability
- Ability to align cross-functional and cross-border stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to act as a persuasive consultant
Aufgaben
- Help transform Client Success into a strategic post-sales vertical.
- Provide central reports, playbooks, structures, and processes.
- Establish best practices.
- Facilitate Pre-Sales and Post-Sales alignment.
- Consult local markets on modern Client Success functions.
- Harmonize service standards across the full portfolio.
- Enable local teams with data-driven campaign insights.
- Provide measurement and tracking tools and dashboards.
- Identify, signal, and communicate opportunities from post-sales data.
- Provide systematic feedback to Pre-Sales/Sales.
- Track and measure core global KPIs.
- Monitor upsell, cross-sell, retention, and churn rates.
