Anforderungen

- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus
- Prior team lead or coordination experience is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); data analysis and KPI reporting skills required
- Familiarity with digital tools and AI-based solutions; Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP MM and Ariba (S2C, P2P, CLM) preferred
- Languages: Fluent German and good English required
Aufgaben
- Serve as the main contact for the Procurement Manager.
- Implement global and regional commodity strategies.
- Develop and enforce local strategies for market codes.
- Lead supplier management and consolidation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ethics, EHS, and sustainability.
- Coordinate 3–5 buyers for your commodity.
- Chair weekly commodity calls and monitor progress.
- Organize monthly governance reviews with stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with global and regional teams.
- Provide performance feedback for supervised buyers.
- Manage sourcing projects and complex negotiations.
- Approve sourcing decisions within assigned thresholds.
- Ensure process compliance and prevent maverick buying.
- Collaborate with internal functions for contract approvals.
