As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping procurement processes and strategies, driving savings, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support growth in the automotive sector.

Anforderungen

• •At least 5 years of working experience in procurement
• •Experience in categories such as Technology, Classifieds, Real Estate, Facility Management, Human Resource, or Marketing
• •Completed studies, preferably a master's degree
• •In-depth knowledge in global procurement as a Procurement Manager
• •Experience in building strategies and driving business improvement initiatives
• •High level of analytical thinking and advanced Excel skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication in English, German is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Lead sourcing boards and align on sourcing strategies
• •Own the Source to Pay process from planning to payment
• •Select suppliers and manage tendering and negotiations
• •Prepare guidelines and conduct benchmarking
• •Evaluate savings potential for each account at the EU level
• •Deliver savings through effective procurement strategies
• •Create and execute a category roadmap
• •Assess payment terms per category and implement improvements
• •Manage contract creation and renewal plans
• •Work efficiently and autonomously in a self-driven manner
• •Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders across various levels
• •Drive collaboration and partnership with vendors
