- Execute benchmarking and award decisions
- Negotiate pricing, frameworks, and contract terms
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contracts
- Drive supplier qualification and continuous improvement
- Optimize availability, quality, and lead times
- Build European partnerships and manage supply risks
- Design scalable Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Define roles, approvals, and procurement standards
- Develop playbooks and templates for negotiations
- Build spend transparency and KPI frameworks
- Create decision-ready dashboards for performance tracking
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities
- Improve data quality and process compliance
- Create change narratives and communication plans
- Develop training formats for new tools
- Facilitate workshops to enable stakeholder adoption
