Aufgaben
- Ensure QCD targets for materials are met.
- Participate as a member of the Project Core Team.
- Act as the primary contact for procurement topics.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Lead.
- Integrate PrSCL output into the project overview.
- Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics.
- Organize and lead project kick-off meetings.
- Identify gaps compared to tender commitments.
- Facilitate cooperation between Engineering and Procurement.
- Publish legal requirements for supplier negotiations.
- Establish a Project Procurement Strategy with the PM.
- Animate supplier selection through the Business Award process.
- Review QCD material scope with stakeholders periodically.
- Conduct bridge analysis at each SPR cycle.
- Support preparation of specific claims to suppliers.
- Challenge stakeholders for cost optimization proposals.
- Document actions and calculate total cost savings.
- Organize decisions and follow up on proposed actions.
- Prepare reviews based on standard KPIs for stakeholders.
