Aufgaben
- Express delivery needs to suppliers
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure goods availability for Alstom projects
- Monitor supplier performance KPIs
- Participate in and lead supplier performance improvement initiatives
- Contribute supply chain input for supplier selection
- Manage internal supplier purchase requisition flow to material planning documents
- Follow up with sourcing on external supplier purchase requisition maturity for launching material planning documents
- Ensure and update material planning master data accuracy, complying with stock and logistic constraints
- Create material planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) and source lists
- Communicate material planning documents to suppliers and track confirmations
- Analyze supplier confirmations against Alstom needs and evaluate risk/impact on production/projects
- Identify priorities based on risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to check delivery status
- Analyze and manage MRP exception messages, anticipating supply problems
- Maintain delivery dates in ERP
- Track missing parts until stock availability
- Ensure replacement of non-conformities
- Resolve receiving issues (overstock, shortage, damage, documentation)
- Analyze and share delivery performance KPIs with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Material Planning Management/SDPM to validate underperforming suppliers and define action plans
- Apply appropriate communication routines with suppliers based on delivery performance
- Drive and follow Supplier Capacity Assessments
- Drive and follow Supplier's Light Capability Assessments (LSCA)
- Contribute to new business risk assessments and mitigation action plans
- Apply APSYS roadmap and standards
- Respect Alstom EHS policy
- Participate in EHS improvement and target achievement
- Respect Alstom Ethics & Compliance codes
