- 3+ years as HR Specialist
- Commercial vocational training or HR specialist continuing education, or degree in business admin, HR management, business psychology, or comparable qualification

- Support managers on human resources and labor law
- Support and prepare national and international payroll
- Draft contracts, employment references, and certificates
- Coordinate employee secondments
- Support HR projects for development, digitization, and optimization
- Conduct performance reviews and resolve conflicts
- Implement labor law measures
- Collaborate with employee representatives and external partners
- Compile statistics, lists, and analyses
- Maintain master data
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize HR processes and policies
