- Support leave-of-absence and employee relations
- Manage employee on- and offboarding processes
- Liaise with Payroll, Finance, and international teams
- Contribute to office openings and HR initiatives
- Lead Senior Executive HR Management communications
- Maintain data accuracy as a Workday expert
- Support Workday system enhancements
- Identify and implement HR process improvements
