Anforderungen
- University degree in computer science/business administration or equivalent
- Over 5 years experience in sales environment
- Substantial public sector sales experience
- Profound IT sales/market knowledge in networking and security
- Strong deal project management, business planning, execution, control knowledge
- Self-motivation with go-and-get approach and will to win
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, influencing skills
- Strong customer orientation, emphatic and advisory expertise
- High responsibility and confidence
- Business fluency in German (native level) and English

- Manage a defined set of public customers in NRW/Germany
- Drive public account penetration in strategic accounts
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners
- Deliver solutions and act as a trusted advisor
- Establish relationships with customers and partners
- Identify buying influencers
- Use CRM tools for knowledge sharing and business predictability
- Achieve sales targets and align with team objectives
- Plan handovers and leverage organizational resources
- Ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity
- Contribute to long-term success through best-practice sharing
- Seek constant improvement
