Anforderungen

- Minimum five years of experience in pharma quality in manufacturing, laboratories, distribution, or closely related experience
- Deviation experience in pharma and healthcare
- Excellent level in English
- Business travel required
- Proficient Office 365 skills
- Strong management, human relations, project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to present clearly, both orally and in writing
- Collaboration with business areas, customers, vendors, systems users, and technical developers
- Knowledge in European regulatory compliance in pharma and healthcare
- Lean/Six Sigma training preferred
Aufgaben
- Provide technical expertise to senior management
- Deliver analysis and interpretation of complex information
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects
- Drive strategic planning initiatives
- Support cross-functional project teams for optimal results
- Plan and direct quality management processes in pharma or healthcare
- Offer quality guidance to external customers and regulatory bodies
- Advise internal stakeholders on quality matters
- Utilize electronic quality systems in compliance with regulations
- Identify and manage continuous improvement projects
- Conduct deviation investigations and CAPAs
- Review Quality Agreements and Supplier Qualifications
- Perform training for GDP, IATA, and CEIV certifications
- Complete other assigned duties
