Aufgaben
- Prepare and monitor short-term and long-range expansion plans
- Assist in providing technical training to personnel
- Monitor productivity, service, and cost performance
- Maintain communication between operations and corporate departments
- Assist in studies to implement innovative engineering concepts
- Produce operational business requirement specifications
- Create and manage project plans
- Present project development and results to upper management
- Implement and manage KPIs for productivity and efficiency
- Develop procedures and operational manuals
- Map and analyze processes
- Prepare and present reports
- Perform cost and benefit analysis
- Train personnel in operational and administrative tasks
- Analyze time and movements, line balancing, and route calculations
- Lead root cause analysis initiatives using various analysis tools
