Aufgaben

  • Oversee the bank’s entire project landscape
  • Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, strategic value, and regulatory deadlines
  • Ensure project management processes comply with MaRisk and DORA
  • Standardize and evolve the project management framework
  • Foster a hybrid environment integrating Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Manage the total project budget
  • Ensure cost transparency and resource optimization
  • Adhere to financial forecasts
  • Advise the Executive Board on project statuses
  • Translate complex project statuses into actionable insights
  • Implement robust risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Integrate 'Three Lines of Defense' principles into project workflows
  • Lead and mentor a team of Senior Project Managers and PMO specialists
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence
