Aufgaben

Administer and develop the Schriftlich fixierte Ordnung (SfO) in compliance with MaRisk and KWG.
Establish a governance framework for internal policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors on procedural documentation and risk mitigation.
Define and maintain the enterprise process architecture aligned with strategic and IT models.
Guide the mapping and documentation of cross-functional, end-to-end processes.
Oversee the use of BPM software for process model management.
Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in workflows.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to redesign and optimize processes.
Drive process automation and digitalization efforts, translating business needs into IT requirements.
Establish and monitor process KPIs and SLAs for operational efficiency, quality control, and cost reduction.
