- Advise departments on DPIAs for AI and data protection in banking
- Draft and update data protection policies and procedures annually or as needed
- Maintain and update records of processing activities
- Safeguard data subjects' rights by checking notifications and reporting obligations
- Train employees on data protection and privacy
- Support contractor selection, contract design, and monitoring
- Monitor data processing regularity and perform prior checks
- Support data protection impact assessments for high-risk processing
- Advise on data protection laws, contracts, and internal guidelines
- Draft the annual activity report
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for management and departments as required
- Conduct control and monitoring activities for data protection compliance
- Investigate potential data breaches and ensure reporting to authorities and affected parties
- Assume the role of Deputy DPO if required
