Anforderungen

• •Experience in large-scale retail operations
• •Proven success in promotional mechanics
• •Experience in POS display and promotional business
• •Experience in international rollouts or network projects
• •Background in FMCG, food, cosmetics, or fashion
• •SAP (ideally Business One), Excel, Power BI
• •Business-fluent English skills
• •Leadership experience and strong execution skills
• •Resilience, organizational talent, and hands-on mindset

Aufgaben

• •Plan and execute POS display campaigns on time
• •Collaborate with Sales and Product Development for demand planning
• •Coordinate transport and logistics with external service providers
• •Ensure delivery deadlines and manage inventory
• •Analyze promotion mechanics, including ROI and sell-out rates
• •Manage the entire process from billboard to reorders
• •Design and optimize end-to-end processes
• •Develop and maintain international supplier networks
• •Implement process and system optimizations using SAP B1 and BI tools
• •Enhance forecasting and inventory strategies for B2B and DTC channels
• •Support internationalization and expansion projects
• •Lead and develop a three-person Supply Chain team
• •Oversee team goals, KPIs, and performance
• •Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development
• •Manage contracts and negotiations with suppliers and freight forwarders
