Aufgaben
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts
- Enhance demand and production planning
- Collaborate with Sales, eCommerce, Finance, and Product Development
- Improve demand-planning tools for better accuracy
- Steer material and production planning processes
- Monitor production progress and delivery status
- Track stock levels and identify potential bottlenecks
- Analyze forecast deviations and implement corrective actions
- Ensure smooth material and product flows
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts
- Support efficiency and cost optimization projects
- Optimize company-wide planning and sourcing processes
- Contribute to international supply chain and procurement strategy
- Develop demand-planning strategy based on market trends
- Create scenario analyses and business cases
- Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain
- Participate in cross-functional process optimization projects
- Lead a cross-functional Planning & Ordering team
- Establish high-performance structures within the team
- Act as a sparring partner for Management and other departments
- Monitor budget, KPIs, and relevant performance metrics
