- Optimize cost, service, and inventory targets
- Establish and monitor a KPI system for operations
- Manage and expand the system landscape, including SAP Business One
- Identify efficiency potentials and optimize operating costs
- Lead supply chain, logistics, and related teams
- Foster excellence, transparency, and team motivation
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategy and budgeting
- Promote a data-driven culture and operational best practices
- Support transformation projects and implement new systems
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
