Global supplier support engine management for travel experiences platform. 8+ years operations or customer success experience required. Hybrid work, 30 days work-from-anywhere.
Anforderungen
- 8+ years in operations, customer success, or service delivery, ideally in B2B, marketplace, or platform environment
- 4+ years leading leaders and multi-team organizations
- Proven track record running complex support/ops functions with clear KPIs and continuous improvement
- Empathetic, hands-on people leader with high performance bar
- Strong operations mindset: comfortable with queues, SLAs, workflows, capacity planning, and process design
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and create clarity, focus, and simple priorities for teams
- Strong analytical skills; confident using data and dashboards to understand performance and set priorities
- Experience standardizing processes and driving operational improvements across regions or functions
- Familiarity with support tooling and automation in operations
- Engaged with AI practices and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Tech, Supply and regional teams
- Clear, concise communicator in English, able to adapt from frontline to C-level audiences
- Marketplace/Travel Marketplace industry experience
- Sales team particular account management experience
Aufgaben
- Own global supplier support engine
- Manage end-to-end supplier support experience
- Set and manage KPIs for support performance
- Ensure consistent support across service models
- Handle major supplier operational issues
- Improve processes and playbooks for recurring issues
- Develop monitoring and reporting systems
- Lead Supplier Experience, Principal Model Ops, and Connectivity Support teams
- Set clear goals and standards for teams
- Ensure smooth routing and handovers between teams
- Maintain simple and current documentation
- Collaborate with Supply, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Communications
- Represent supplier needs in new initiatives
- Report on supplier support health and risks
- Develop and lead people managers
- Build leadership capacity in teams
- Foster a high-trust, high-accountability culture
- Promote diversity and inclusion
