Senior Team Lead, Business Operations & Strategy(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations in a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment
- •3+ years of direct people leadership experience
- •Proven track record owning or co-owning a sales tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, engagement tools, BI)
- •Experience designing and rolling out sales processes and training/enablement programs
- •Exposure to AI or data products in Sales (e.g. scoring, recommendations, conversational intelligence, GenAI tools)
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and business cases
- •Ability to write clear requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- •Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; high ownership and bias to action
- •Experience in a marketplace, travel, or other two-sided business
- •Experience building internal tools with Product or Engineering
- •Familiarity with enablement platforms or LMS
- •Practical experience deploying or operationalizing GenAI in sales workflows
