Anforderungen
- MSc in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or blue-chip environments
- Exposure to pharmacy and/or mass market customers
- Experience in category development
- Trade marketing excellence by entering new categories and building category leads
- Proven experience building and leading Joint Business Plans in matrix organizations
- Strong commercial acumen
- Deep understanding of P&L management
- Deep understanding of RGM
- Deep understanding of category drivers
- Deep understanding of sales fundamentals
- Experience in advanced customers such as drugstores and discounts
- Experience developing omnichannel strategies
- Experience developing eCommerce strategies
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
