- Strengthen partnerships with major retailers like EDEKA and REWE
- Own annual negotiations and joint business plans with retailers
- Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Drive commercial excellence through accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities
- Adapt strategies quickly and precisely based on market insights
- Own the sales P&L to ensure sustainable, profitable growth
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders
- Align commercial strategy and decision-making across teams
- Deliver clear presentations that motivate stakeholders
- Model a positive, high-energy leadership approach
