- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Fluent in German, written and spoken
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives
- Calm and structured under pressure
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Strong communicator
- Ability to influence and advise at all levels

- Define and implement scalable people processes
- Design and run long-term hiring strategy
- Work with hiring managers on workforce planning

- Oversee full employee lifecycle operations
- Improve and automate workflows
