- Implement process improvements and automation
- Lead and develop the People Operations and Payroll team
- Establish and maintain a reliable, low-friction operating model
- Build scalable processes and teams
- Apply AI and automation across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure data security and compliance
- Configure and improve People tooling stack
- Redesign and optimize existing processes
- Maintain personal touch in remote/hybrid environments
- Set high standards for service quality
- Manage payroll governance and vendor coordination
- Coordinate Employer of Record relationships
- Ensure GDPR and labor law compliance
- Create and maintain clear, compliant policies
- Handle additional projects as needed
