- Create onboarding frameworks for international hires
- Design and run performance cycles and calibration sessions
- Implement succession planning
- Coach managers to elevate leadership standards
- Maintain cultural cohesion during rapid growth
- Manage full analytics layer including attrition, eNPS, time-to-productivity, and cost-per-hire
- Drive investment decisions using people analytics
- Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking and salary reviews
- Handle complex employee relations cases across all locations
- Manage employment risk in Germany and international entities
- Leverage AI tools to enhance personal and team productivity
- Own HR projects from scoping to closure
