Aufgaben
- Support CPO on operational topics
- Represent CPO in their absence
- Lead and coordinate HR Business Partner and Specialist teams
- Ensure effective collaboration and high-quality service delivery
- Work closely with the works council on employee relations
- Address co-determination and compliance matters
- Advise managers on HR-related questions and leadership challenges
- Act as a trusted partner to managers
- Drive and implement key HR projects
- Roll out HR software
- Initiate new compensation programs
- Develop culture and engagement programs
- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes
- Align policies with company strategy, legal requirements, and operational excellence
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support change management and organizational development
