- Strong senior-leader influencing capability
- Experience applying structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR)
- Demonstrated success embedding change, not just delivering plans
- Enterprise Systems Thinking
- Change Ownership & Adoption Discipline
- Behavioral Insight & Intervention Design
- Senior Stakeholder Influence
- Global Agility & Cultural Intelligence
- Facilitation & Narrative Creation

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent

- Drive workforce and capability transformation initiatives
- Facilitate culture and ways-of-working shifts
- Develop talent-focused change strategies and plans
- Execute talent-focused change strategies and plans
- Conduct impact assessments
- Perform readiness diagnostics
- Map stakeholders
- Partner with HR leadership
- Collaborate with HRBPs
- Work with HR Talent Management colleagues
- Engage with executive sponsors
- Coordinate with Transformation teams
- Align with Strategy teams
- Liaise with Communication teams
- Support Program teams
- Design communication plans
- Deliver communication plans
- Design engagement plans
- Deliver engagement plans
- Design leader enablement plans
- Deliver leader enablement plans
- Coach senior leaders as change sponsors
- Coach managers as change sponsors
- Track adoption metrics
