Developing scalable people processes and driving recruitment for a fintech serving 40+ banks worldwide. Strong understanding of German labor law and HR compliance required. 30 days annual leave, €1,000 yearly education budget.
Anforderungen
- Strong People & Culture/HR background
- Several years of experience in People & Culture, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, or similar
- Experience in growing organizations (scale-up environment a plus)
- Solid Employment Law & Compliance knowledge
- Strong understanding of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht) and HR compliance
- Experience with international setups (UK especially) a plus
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Strong communication skills and confidence with senior leadership
- Ability to constructively challenge, influence, and advise leaders
- Hands-on mindset
- Willingness to handle operational topics
- Enjoyment of creating structure and improving processes
- Structured and pragmatic working style
- Ability to balance daily priorities with long-term improvements
