- Refine recruitment strategy with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Establish a recruitment analytics framework for improvement.
- Enhance employer brand to attract exceptional talent.
- Develop retention strategies for top performers.
- Foster a culture of feedback and recognition.
- Coach emerging leaders to build resilient teams.
- Optimize People Operations processes for scalability.
- Design compensation and equity programs for fairness.
- Build a People Analytics framework for decision-making.
