- •Minimum 6 years relevant P&C/HR experience
- •Experience with employee representative bodies
- •Knowledge of German labor law
- •Experience managing organizational change
- •Ability to work in matrix environments
- •Strong stakeholder management skills
- •Excellent negotiation skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Autonomy, resilience, and hands-on attitude
- •Degree in law, business, or psychology
- •Openness to regular position rotation
