  • •Experience with employee representative bodies

  • •Foster constructive collaboration with Works Councils
  • •Lead and steer Works Council negotiations
  • •Manage core rewards and performance processes
  • •Oversee talent development and recruiting initiatives
  • •Implement engagement and retention programs
  • •Lead and mentor a team of five P&C professionals
  • •Foster a culture of innovation and ownership
