Leading European sales strategy for a digital asset platform, securing institutional clients for market infrastructure services. Anforderungen
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience
- Solid hands-on experience in crypto, virtual asset, or regulated exchange industry
- Demonstrable network of relationships with key institutional participants
- Exceptional business development skills and commercial judgment
- Familiarity with European financial regulations and regulatory bodies
- Fluent professional English; proficiency in German or another major European language is highly advantageous
- Full-time commitment based in Frankfurt, Germany office
- Ability to travel frequently across Europe
- Eligibility to work in Germany and other EU countries without sponsorship
Aufgaben
- Define and execute the European sales strategy
- Set ambitious growth targets for exchange volume and revenue
- Identify and secure high-value institutional clients across Europe
- Manage relationships with major European clients
- Ensure top-tier service and continuous client engagement
- Provide feedback on market trends and regulatory shifts
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value deals
- Represent the exchange at industry conferences and regulatory engagements
