- Hands-on experience as SAP key/power user with strong technical finance expertise
- Solid understanding of Hitachi Energy’s business structure and interconnections
- Skilled in leading global projects and programs with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities with strong prioritization skills
- Proficient in SAP CO, PS, and FI modules, including table structures and system architecture
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the Global Controlling Practice team
- Define and maintain a global controlling process framework
- Gather stakeholder requirements for ERP template enhancements
- Develop and oversee value flow concepts for global controlling processes
- Drive harmonization and standardization of controlling processes
- Co-create the CP&O service catalogue with delivery organizations
- Establish and enforce global controlling regulations with Finance and IS
- Implement governance for process changes aligned with ERP standards
- Manage global process change requests with ERP template owners
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for controlling processes
- Participate in decision-making for controlling processes and system architecture
- Build and maintain a global network of controlling experts
