- Excellent English communication skills with executive stakeholders; additional languages a plus

- Shape key business decisions with the IT Program Lead
- Lead change management activities
- Guide global stakeholders through finance transformation
- Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA Central Finance solutions
- Manage program timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Define and own the business change strategy
- Manage communication for the business change strategy
- Conduct key user training
- Drive country readiness
- Enforce Fit to Standard principles
- Ensure localization governance
- Ensure adherence to budgets
- Support reliable benefits tracking post go-live
- Oversee the migration strategy
- Ensure quality business input for mapping and design
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
- Support governance of the Global Finance Template
