Anforderungen
- Experience in organizational development, strategy consulting, or comparable role with top management collaboration
- Proven experience in coaching and supporting senior executives
- Experience in designing governance structures and decision processes in complex organizations
- Ability to act as an honest and credible sparring partner for senior leadership
- Strong moderation and facilitation skills
- High level of initiative, discretion, and political acumen
- Fluent German and English (C2 level)
- High willingness to travel to international locations
Aufgaben
- Shape strategic development of Commercialization
- Serve as trusted sparring partner for CCO and Leadership Team
- Clarify complex decision-making situations
- Empower leaders to effectively manage their areas
- Coach leaders on area, team, and leadership development
- Facilitate Leadership Workshops, Strategy Offsites, and Retrospectives
- Promote unified leadership culture and cross-team collaboration
- Develop and refine organizational structure and operating model
- Support transformation and change processes with People & Culture
- Ensure structures and processes align with growth strategy
- Identify and solve organizational bottlenecks
- Coordinate and maintain governance structures within CCO function
- Prepare and follow up on decision proposals for cross-departmental governance bodies
- Ensure transparency and traceability of strategic decisions
- Interface with corporate governance structures (Volkswagen)
- Manage regular communication in CCO Leadership Team
- Prepare content for meetings, presentations, and decision proposals
- Represent CCO perspective in cross-departmental working groups and projects
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment across all CCO areas
- Track strategic initiatives and OKRs across all areas
- Manage escalations and support prioritization of competing demands
- Coordinate directly with international units in Commercialization
- Ensure consistent standards and processes across all locations
- Represent CCO perspective to international stakeholders
