- Ability to strategically structure technical issues and prepare them for decision-making for various target groups
- Distinct moderation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- High degree of personal responsibility, discretion, and political acumen
Aufgaben
- Collaborate closely with CEO on strategic and operational topics
- Integrate strategy with deep technology
- Ensure scalable and effective implementation of complex initiatives
- Prepare, structure, and follow up on decisions at company, tech, and leadership levels
- Organize and attend board meetings, investor appointments, and strategic tech reviews
- Identify and optimize decision-making and alignment processes
- Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives
- Serve as liaison between CEO, Engineering, Product, Strategy, and other stakeholders
- Prepare KPIs, technical decision bases, and scenarios for management, board, and investors
- Handle ad-hoc projects with high strategic and technical relevance
