- Experience scaling agile concepts in a growing organisation
- Seasoned experience in different teams and organizational setups
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong coaching skills
- Strong team dynamics skills
- Strong organisation design skills
- Adherence to agile values
- Customer-driven mindset
- Courage to raise issues and drive change
- Motivation to solve impediments pragmatically
- Ability to support collaboration
- Ability to understand, apply, and coach situational leadership concepts
- Ability to travel 1-4 times a month for face-to-face interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fluency in German (plus)
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with remote working tools (Miro, Slack, Microsoft Office)
