- Understanding of vehicle development lifecycle
- Understanding of cost driver optimization
- Understanding of modern software practices
- Strong systems engineering literacy
- Experience steering multisupplier programs
- Excellent communication and decision-driving skills
- Fluent English and German knowledge
- Background interfacing with AD/AV stacks
- Experience with fleet operations
- Understanding of mobility service needs
Aufgaben
- Lead product management for Tech and Hardware
- Own the vehicle-side and safety-critical system vision
- Steer delivery for the autonomous driving platform
- Translate operational and regulatory needs into product definitions
- Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering and suppliers
- Define the multiyear Safe AV product vision
- Develop a roadmap balancing safety and regulatory readiness
- Translate ODD-specific needs into system requirements
- Define acceptance criteria for vehicle integrations
- Maintain hardware configuration and variant strategies
- Manage product definitions for redundancy and actuation
- Define requirements for E/E hosting and power systems
- Oversee safety-critical HMI component definitions
- Run product change control boards and decision logs
- Manage escalation paths across workstreams and suppliers
- Steer major product decisions and change requests
- Ensure phasegate readiness and industrialization maturity
- Manage hardware from specification to series introduction
- Track schedule, quality, and performance metrics
- Surface deviations early and drive mitigations
- Coordinate safety case closure with engineering teams
- Align with homologation and regulatory stakeholders
- Co-lead supplier selection for Safe AV hardware
- Negotiate technical KPIs and delivery milestones
- Align supplier roadmaps with fleet reliability targets
- Lead and grow the hardware product management team
- Build a culture of technical depth and clarity
- Coach PMs on requirements and safety mindset
