Anforderungen
- Leadership in governance, assurance, risk, audit, or finance
- Ability to influence complex international organizations
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related discipline
- Professional qualifications (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, CRMA, or equivalent)
- 10+ years progressive experience in internal audit, controls, assurance, governance, compliance, risk management, or finance leadership

Aufgaben
- Provide strategic leadership for global assurance, governance, and internal control framework
- Strengthen financial integrity, organizational accountability, and risk management
- Enhance organizational resilience and safeguard FSC’s reputation and resources
- Drive a culture of transparency, stewardship, and continuous improvement
- Establish and monitor assurance frameworks, governance practices, and internal controls
- Support informed decision-making and financial stewardship
- Promote risk awareness and effective accountability mechanisms
- Lead the global Assurance & Internal Controls function
- Develop and manage a distributed team
- Define and execute enterprise-wide assurance strategy and governance model
- Own and evolve the global internal control framework
- Ensure financial integrity, operational effectiveness, and compliance
- Establish and enforce control standards and methodologies
- Provide independent oversight and challenge on governance, risk, and controls
- Advise Executive Leadership and contribute to Board and Audit Committee discussions
- Lead enterprise-wide reviews of critical business processes
- Identify risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies
- Drive global remediation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of corrective actions
- Serve as primary interface for internal and external auditors and assurance providers
- Provide independent assurance on control effectiveness and compliance
- Lead assurance and controls agenda for ERP systems and financial applications
- Support data governance, control automation, and digital transformation
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships
- Lead global governance initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and control maturity
