- Own FSC–ASI operational cooperation model
- Design performance and accountability frameworks
- Align operational assurance structures across organizations
- Drive system-wide improvements and development
- Influence cross-functional and cross-organizational processes
- Ensure consistent implementation of assurance requirements
- Shape FSC’s assurance system architecture
- Strengthen FSC's operational partnership with ASI
- Represent FSC in strategic and operational engagements with ASI
- Develop and govern FSC–ASI contractual and service agreements
- Oversee governance, financial, and operational frameworks
- Design and manage ASI's performance management framework
- Monitor system performance and drive strategic improvements
- Enhance operational assurance framework
- Identify and address systemic gaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for system improvement
- Provide strategic expertise on assurance and contractual frameworks
- Contribute to cross-functional working groups and governance discussions
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Represent FSC in external assurance and audit forums
- Lead assurance-related audit and compliance activities
