- Exceptional Senior, Staff or Tech Lead engineer with technical leadership and mentorship track record
- Comfort with technical involvement while leading
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture, engineering best practices
- Strong product mindset, collaboration with Product Managers and Designers
- Experience in product-driven SaaS or product growth environments (strong plus)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Servant leadership mindset (empathetic, organized, motivated by helping others)
- Fluent English, European time zone (UTC+0 to UTC+2) based
Aufgaben
- Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Drive initiatives to improve user activation, onboarding, feature adoption, and retention
- Foster a culture of ownership, testing, and quality
- Help the team deliver experiments and product improvements from ideation to iteration
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship in system design, architecture, and cross-stack collaboration
- Stay technically engaged through code reviews, architectural discussions, pairing, and direct coding
- Improve engineering processes and team practices
- Collaborate with Product and Design for user-centered, data-informed solutions
- Champion experimentation and measurement
