Anforderungen
- Strong professional Software Engineer experience with deep backend expertise
- Advanced Python/Django proficiency
- Experience with Typescript/React or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of software design, testing, scalable architectures
- Experience in product-driven SaaS environments (strong plus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, modern observability tools
- Product-minded engineering, understanding trade-offs, user needs, impact-driven development
- High ownership mentality, taking projects to measurable outcome
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent English, European time zone (UTC+0 to UTC+2) based
- Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, Dagster, Cube or similar data platforms experience
- Event-driven architectures (Kafka, Celery, message queues) experience
- Product experimentation frameworks or analytics tooling experience
Aufgaben
- Engineer robust Python/Django backend services and APIs.
- Build full user-facing features with React/Typescript.
- Drive product initiatives from discovery to iteration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Implement modern testing practices (unit, integration, functional).
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design for improvements.
- Optimize service observability, performance, and reliability.
- Instrument systems with events and data signals.
- Participate in architecture and technical reviews.
- Help raise the engineering bar.
- Drive continuous improvement in system design and processes.
