- Participate in architecture discussions
- Engage in coding
- Collaborate with Product and other teams
- Ensure meaningful product outcomes
- Improve engineering processes and team practices
- Increase clarity, alignment, and delivery velocity
- Evolve data and platform architecture
- Improve scalability and operational simplicity
- Partner with the Product Manager
- Shape product roadmaps
- Define technical approaches
- Ensure delivery of impactful product capabilities
