- Advanced VACC leadership skills
- Deep expertise in cGMP project implementation
- Deep expertise in DP Parenteral / Aseptic processes
- Proven track record in process improvement
- Proven track record in technology industrialization for large molecules
- Experience from technical development
- Experience from MSAT
- Experience from OPEX
- Experience from Lean & Project management
- Experience from operational roles
- Background in quality is a plus
- Background in regulatory is a plus
- Strategic thinker aligned with Roche’s leadership model
- Strong communicator
- Fosters collaboration, feedback, and inclusivity
Aufgaben
- Lead a global team of senior technology experts
- Deploy and scale new technologies in manufacturing
- Collaborate with Engineering, Development, Strategy, Quality, and DP Manufacturing
- Ensure rigorous project management in technology deployment
- Identify and mitigate potential delays and resource constraints
- Represent DP network in key technical governance forums
- Coach and develop senior scientific team members
- Manage portfolio-level master plans for DP
- Prioritize and execute portfolio-level risk mitigation strategies
- Define and drive technology deployment vision aligned with Roche strategy
- Align with Technical Development, Manufacturing, and governance bodies
- Ensure cross-portfolio alignment for global technical initiatives
- Prioritize technology implementation and guide investment decisions
- Define success criteria and track implementation progress
- Act as a digital thought leader in data and digital initiatives
