- Comfortable navigating regulatory requirements for platform-specific equipment
- Ability to translate complex engineering data into business narratives
- Comfortable working with financial metrics
- Thought leader and catalyst for digital
- Sees data as a tool for operational insight
- Ability to articulate complex technical deliverables to senior leadership
- Ability to influence site-level stakeholders to adopt new standards
- Willingness to travel <10%
