- Document and analyze experimental data
- Summarize results in technical documents and presentations
- Support regulatory submissions and health authority inquiries
- Collaborate with technical development and manufacturing teams
- Support Make-Assess-Release (MAR) activities as needed
- Lead or contribute to process and technology improvement projects
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Represent the function in cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on industry trends in bioprocess technologies
- Author or review sections of regulatory submissions
- Mentor team members and train partners on new technologies
